I was arrested about a week … I've never had my license in New Jersey … I know that I was stupid, but I watched my friend's house while she was on vacation and I had to go back and feed their pets … Anyway, I am visiting family in Houston in a few weeks … If I can get a license in Texas, I can be able to attend court or in my defense that I realize I am for that specific purpose?
